Social Media and Promotion
From June through January, I worked as a communications intern with the Army Educational Outreach Program, managing their Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X accounts. I created and posted original content almost daily, helping shape the organization’s voice across platforms. I also traveled to STEM camp sites along the East Coast to capture photo and video content, interview students, and spotlight the program’s real-world impact.
Speaker Series Webinar Event Coordination
As part of my internship with the Army Educational Outreach Program, I coordinated a virtual speaker series featuring four industry professionals who presented to over 300 high school students. I managed all aspects of the series—from promoting the events across AEOP’s social media channels to coordinating with speakers and overseeing logistics. I also hosted the first session, guiding the conversation and facilitating audience engagement.
