Reporter Magazine is Rochester Institute of Technology’s only student-run news publication, serving the campus community since 1951. Reporter produces in-depth coverage of campus events, student life, and broader issues through print, video, and audio storytelling.

I served as the organization’s Operations Manager, overseeing IT, distribution, advertising, public relations, and social media strategy. I also managed the publication’s budget and payroll, led onboarding and training for new staff, and coordinated event planning and execution. This role gave me the chance to lead across departments, solve problems on the fly, and support both the creative and logistical sides of a student newsroom.
